Kim Zolchak lost his beloved home in a $2.6 million Georgia mansion after ‘loan defaults’.

Kim Zolczak-Biermann will lose her $2.6 million Georgia mansion she shares with husband Croy Biermann and six children.
Kim, 44, often lets fans see her favorite home on social media or on her reality show Don’t Be Late.
Bravo decided to cancel the series in 2021, and legal documents obtained by The American Sun show the star and her ex-husband, the NFL star, were “unable to pay back” a $300,000 post-show loan.
Power Under Power’s sale notice confirms Kim and Croy’s 37-year-old five-bedroom, 6.5-bath home is up for sale.
According to the filing, the 6,907-square-foot home “will be sold for cash to the highest bidder at the door of a courthouse in Fulton County, Georgia.”
Kim and Croy’s home was foreclosed on “including, among other possible default events, non-payment of debts.”
Her spacious kitchen has sumptuous hardwood floors, marble countertops and a huge oven with beautiful wallpaper.
The family has two coffee makers on one side of the kitchen, a huge island in the middle, a bowl of fresh fruit, and enough space to prepare a feast.
The open floor plan leads into a large living room with a dark sofa, wood beamed ceilings and a huge carpet.
A special space on the ground floor serves as a study and includes a luxurious red and gold throne chair, dark wood cabinets and a large fireplace.
Kim loves to arrange photos of her family at home, some in large gold rectangular frames in front of the double wooden doors that lead to the driveway.
Kim’s Hollywood room is also the perfect place for her to relax, featuring a large white wraparound sofa and comfy pillows next to a large TV on the wall above the mirrored cabinet.
Blonde Staircase has admitted in the past that the entertainment space is her “favorite room” where her daughters love to hang out with friends.
Kim’s entryway is no less spacious, lined with large antique mirrors and black-and-white family photographs on canvas.
A massive staircase leads to the next level of their house, and Kim often likes to pose in a cream-colored chair at the foot of the stairs.
The reality TV star placed an antique iron table next to a chair with silver vases and charming flowers, as well as a modern chandelier.
Kim’s palatial home is also impressive from the outside, with a basketball court, large swimming pool, spa and waterfall.
Kim and her family and friends have plenty of space to sunbathe with red sun loungers and matching outdoor furniture.
Kim and Croy reportedly took out a $300,000 home loan that they were unable to repay, according to the documents.
According to legal documents, Kim and Khloe’s home will go on sale “on the first Tuesday of November 2022.”
The Real Housewives Atlanta alumni did not immediately respond to The Sun’s request for comment.
A screenshot of the Power Under Power sale notice was posted on Reddit and fans were stunned by the news.
Another wrote: “Same. I hope there will be KZB, but with Chloe having four kids to raise and sever ties with the family after marrying her, he thinks Chloe will keep a close eye on their financial situation.”
A third commenter noted, “A $300,000 loan is about $2,000 a month, why doesn’t it even have ads for it? He should only be earning interest on his NFL money.”
A fifth fan wrote, “What happened to Kashmir being sold like a Kardashian with a $25 million profit? I think she should have been on the RHOA set and participated instead of acting like she’s better than the other actors.”
A sixth chimed in: “Chloe was supposed to drive the Uber, not his wife. They knew the show wouldn’t last forever.”
